What mutual funds is Dave Ramsey invested in?
I put my personal 401(k) and a lot of my mutual fund investing in four types of mutual funds: growth, growth and income, aggressive growth, and international. I personally spread mine in 25% of those four.
And to go one step further, we recommend dividing your mutual fund investments equally between four types of funds: growth and income, growth, aggressive growth, and international.

“Why are mutual funds the only investment option Dave recommends? Well, Dave likes mutual funds because they spread your investment across many companies, and that helps you avoid the risks that come with investing in single stocks and other “trendy” investments (we're looking at you, Dogecoin).”
Diversified management investment companies have assets that fall within the 75-5-10 rule. A 75-5-10 diversified management investment company will have 75% of its assets in other issuers and cash, no more than 5% of assets in any one company, and no more than 10% ownership of any company's outstanding voting stock.
Specifically, a fund is prohibited from: acquiring more than 3% of a registered investment company's shares (the “3% Limit”); investing more than 5% of its assets in a single registered investment company (the “5% Limit”); or. investing more than 10% of its assets in registered investment companies (the “10% Limit”).

Constantly Trading
One of the biggest reasons Ramsey cautions investors about ETFs is that they are so easy to move in and out of. Unlike traditional mutual funds, which can only be bought or sold once per day, you can buy or sell an ETF on the open market just like an individual stock at any time the market is open.
Well, Dave Ramsey, the financial guru we all know and love, has a strong recommendation: invest in mutual funds for a minimum of five years. So, let's dive into why he's so gung-ho about this strategy and why it could be your ticket to financial stability and growth.
Nobody can predict the market movements. Hence, instead of focusing on timing the market, one should be disciplined and should keep on investing in equity mutual funds irrespective of the market fluctuations. In the long term, these short term fluctuations do not affect your investments.
(You must convert the rate of return to the monthly figure through dividing by 12). You also have n = 10 years or 120 months. FV = Rs 1,84,170. So, the future value of a SIP investment of Rs 1,000 per month for 10 years at an estimated rate of return of 8% is Rs 1,84,170.
Considering 8% returns, an investment of Rs 50,000 can fetch you Rs 2,33,051 in 20 years. Not suitable for long-term wealth creation or investors with a high-risk appetite.
See SIP step up calculation below:
In this ₹10,000 monthly SIP for 15 years along with 10 per cent annual step up, one would be investing ₹38,12,698 whereas its interest would come around ₹64,99,143.
If you were to stay invested for a shorter duration, say 20 years, you'd invest Rs 2,40,000, but your portfolio value would be Rs 9.89 lakh. A decade-long investment of Rs 1,000 per month would equal Rs. 2,30,038, as compared to Rs. 1,20,000 invested over the same period.
What if I invest $10,000 in mutual funds for 10 years?
It has given 25.96 % annualised returns in ten years. The calculator shows that a monthly SIP of ₹10,000 in this fund could have grown to approx. ₹57,53,702 in ten years. The mutual fund calculator shows how a lumpsum investment of 1 lakh grew more than five times in ten years.
Although that percentage can vary depending on your income, savings, and debts. “Ideally, you'll invest somewhere around 15%–25% of your post-tax income,” says Mark Henry, founder and CEO at Alloy Wealth Management.
WhiteOak Capital Mid Cap Fund
Its 40.99 per cent return in the one year is better than the 37.77 per cent return of its benchmark- the S&P BSE 150 MidCap Total Return Index. Its AUM is Rs 1374.28 crore and its NAV is Rs 14.32.
