We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle a heavy volume of inbound calls regarding customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Assist customers with order/shipping status and process payments over the phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Respond promptly to customer issues via telephone and email.
  • Maintain strong working relationship with co-workers and managers

​QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a heavy call center environment
  • Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
