Is climate change for real?
Yes, scientists agree that the warming we are seeing today is entirely human-caused. Climate has changed in the past due to natural factors such as volcanoes, changes in the sun's energy and the way the Earth orbits the sun. In fact, these natural factors should be cooling the planet.
Is climate change real? The natural phenomena described above demonstrate that it is, but this is not the whole story. Human activities also affect climate, and a consensus of scientists are sure that the impact of these activities is playing an ever-greater role in determining what form Earth's climate takes.

Our oceans are dying
Half of the world's coral reefs have died in the last 30 years, and two thirds of the Great Barrier Reef have been damaged by coral bleaching – this happens when the sea temperature is too high. Whales, dolphins, porpoises and sea lions all suffer from bycatch from global fishing.
Over the last 100 years, the average temperature on Earth has warmed by 1°C. In our day-to-day lives, we may not notice much of a difference if the temperature went up by one degree, but this temperature rise has had a significant impact on the planet.
